Ian Brandon Anderson AKA IBAChandler is a brown rock-type Sonichu with the power to throw rocks. Like with all rock-type Pokemon, he is extremely hard. He can also create earthquakes with his massive stones.

He also attempted to seize control of CWCville by becoming the new mayor; however, he was stopped by Sonichu. After being stopped by Sonichu, he was taken away by devil trolls.
