Patti Chan

Patti Chan is the reincarnated form of Patti Chandler who died a long time ago. After the moon hit her, she turned into a weredog known as Patti Chan. She gained the power of the cloves and is able to manipulate the luck of others much like a Curse-ye-ha-me-ha. On top of that, she gained a more feminine human like form turning her into a type of furry.

She currently resides in the mayor's office where she protects the Chaotic Crystals.
